Based in Bernal Heights, Leonard Breger explored themes of protest, politics, and imagination through expressive, experimental mark-making. His bold, graphic style is instantly recognizable—and deeply rooted in San Francisco’s art history.
This collection was generously donated by his family to SCRAP, and includes not only Breger’s work, but also pieces by his wife, artist Beth Pewther aka Liz Breger.
You’ll find a wide range of paintings, drawings, and prints by the couple—all available at our depot at special pop-up prices!
